What you will learn:

  • Get your arms around the strategic planning process.

Consciousness as Competitive Business Advantage: Deep Inside the Heads of B Corp Leaders

There is a shift in the business world to view the role of business as serving a higher purpose, adhering to values and making a positive impact across its entire ecosystem. This orientation, exemplified by the benefit corporation, looks beyond the short term and bottom line to how people and the environment are affected over time. And as evidence shows, this is a better way to do business, financially and otherwise.

Learn how three business leaders have produced powerful results using consciousness (e.g. mindset):

  • Helen Russell, Co-Founder & CEO of Equator Coffees & Teas, will share her reflections on the role consciousness played in her company’s success over its 23-year history and how it is currently cultivated.
  • John Montgomery, Founder of Lex Ultima, will show how collective consciousness works within corporations and how by better utilizing their collective intelligence, companies can generate breakthrough solutions.
  • Mike Bauer, Founder of Awareness Into Action, will present a case study of how consciousness was applied to rapidly changing market conditions, finding and entering new markets, and forming strategic relationships.
