Hire an intern or part-time employee

Let us help with your internship or part-time employment needs. Our students are eager to gain work experience and apply what they learn in the classroom.

     What we need from you:

  • A job description and/or list of duties/responsibilities
  • An hourly pay rate
  • How many hours per week are needed

    What you need to know:

  • Pay rates range by experience and are typically between $12-$16/hour for less experienced workers and $17-$25/hour for more experienced workers.
  • Most of our students can work between 10-20 hours per week.
  • We can provide you with a single “best fit” candidate or with a selection of resumes.

Hire a graduate

Our business school graduates leave Dominican with a great work ethic and solid work experience. Most of our graduates have at least 3-4 employment experiences while completing their academic work and are ready to contribute to your team.

    What we need from you:

  • A job description and/or list of duties/responsibilities
  • A salary range and location of the workplace

     What you need to know:

  • 90% of our students are placed in jobs by graduation
  • The majority of our students complete their degree in May

I’m not hiring right now, but would like to remain involved.

We not only want to fill your employment needs, we welcome your involvement in our educational process:

  • Host a site visit
  • Participate in a class or panel event
  • Allow a student to shadow you in your workplace
  • Mentor a student
