Mark is an organizational psychologist, executive coach and business school professor. His consulting practice, Vertical Quest Consulting, provides Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Management Skills Training, Team building, and Assessments for Leaders, Managers and Teams. He also works with companies on developing business plans and facilitating management retreats. As an Executive Coach, Mark focuses on enhancing existing skills and improving management performance. In addition to consulting, he is an adjunct professor teaching courses in Leadership, Change Management, Communication and Team Dynamics in the Masters programs of Dominican, the University of San Francisco, and the University of California at San Francisco. Mark’s professional background spans 20+ years and includes management positions with Arthur Andersen and Staples. Mark earned his PhD in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
