Healthcare is undergoing unprecedented change, and the industry is demanding more from those in leadership positions. The ability to adapt to change in this dynamic environment is integral to hospitals and healthcare systems alike. Employers demand leaders who understand health policies, laws, and patient care, as well hold the business acumen to understand the economics, organizational dynamics, strategic planning, marketing, and technology necessary for healthcare systems to operate.

This collaboration between Dominican’s Barowsky School of Business and the School of Health & Natural Sciences brings together vital business leadership skills, specifically tailored for the healthcare industry. As one of the only campus based programs of its kind in the Bay Area, we are able to leverage the vast healthcare partnerships Dominican has curated through our renowned biological sciences, clinical laboratory sciences, nursing, occupational therapy, and physician assistant programs.
